Comfort Pros offers a system safety and efficiency maintenance program to maximize your in-home comfort year-round. With this program, you will receive both a spring and fall visit, to ensure your heating and cooling equipment is working at its best for the upcoming weather. Maintenance agreement holders also enjoy the benefit of discounted pricing on any breakdowns or parts needed all year long. As a preferred customer you will have top ranking on all available appointments.

 

​For $99 Per Year Comfort Pros will perform the following:

• Air conditioning Maintenance & Safety check

• Check thermostat operation

• Install gauges and check operating pressures

• Check voltages and amperage to motors with meter

• Check airflow

• Check capacitors

• Check belt and adjust tension if applicable

• Check filters/clean or replace if necessary (Standard 1” filters: no additional charge)

• Turn off humidifier

• Clean condensing coil if necessary

• Check wiring and connections

• Check that the condensate drain is open

• Check compressor contactor

 

Heating Maintenance & Safety Check:

• Check thermostat operation

• Check safety controls

• Check burners and controls

• Check pilot assembly or ignition controls

• Check for gas leaks in the furnace

• Check belt and adjust tension if applicable

• Check filters/clean or replace if necessary (Standard 1” filters: no additional charge)

• Check humidifier operation and replace pad (extra charge for pad)

• Check vent pipe and draft diverter

• Check fan control

• Check furnace for cracked heat exchanger

• Check complete furnace cycle
